Right outside of Newark Penn Station: couldn't be more convenient for getting out of the city for a little weekend jaunt. Friendly and helpful staff. It's also inside a covered parking garage, which is good if you return after hours.

Super friendly, very convenient. I even had a problem with a charge on my bill and they got it sorted out quickly and with minimal fuss

This is the first time I rented a car out of my state. Enterprise went out of there way to make it easy for me. I walk with a walker and they let me choose the car I wanted so I would be more comfortable, they also helped me by putting my luggage in the car. When I returned the car they did all the walking into the office and someone helped me cross over into Penn Station NJ. The young lady took me to the service desk and they took over. Wonderful and very helpful and friendly people at enterprise thank you for making my trip easier for me.

My experience was exceptional. I originally came because of the $9.99 offer. It was disappointing that this offer had expired before my opportunity to use your services, however everything from that point forward was great. Trisha was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful through the process. When I returned on Sunday Johnique assisted me. Johnique was exceptional during the return process. I travel frequently during the Summer. I will certainly handle my car rentals through this office. Thank you for such personable, effecient personnel.

My wife and I have rented Enterprise many times in the past, but this Easter we had our worst experience. Enterprise would not rent a car in NYC (West 83rd Street) to drive to Hackettstown, New Jersey. (Even If we only drove to the Newark Airport to pick up a car, $100 would be added to the price.) We had to take a cab ($20) to the train to get to Newark Penn Station (senior rate, $5) to be able to pick up a car. The Enterprise staff near the Newark Hilton Hotel (across from the station) and in Hackettstown were exemplary.
