Your people were professional and friendly. The car was fine except for one mechanical problem that I hope you have fixed before renting this car again. The acceleration hesitated and the car came to a stop which could cause a rear end collision and upon acceleration, after this stop hesitation, the car would move fast also to possible cause a collision. Please get this fixed.

The people who work here are, as most Enterprise employees, really nice. But, they are never ever the same from one week to the next, and there is a little bit of a disorganized vibe sometimes at this location. One time I waited for over 30 minutes to get my car despite having a reservation. Aside from that slight sense of inconsistency though, it sure beats other car rental companies.

Amazing service. They waved some charges for me because they were not clearly explained before booking. Great customer service. Great, clean cars. Everything was quick and painless! The only thing I wish was that they had offered a EZpass. I forgot to ask for it and got stuck paying cash for tolls (which was a pain because I forgot to get cash before we left!).
