Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff was unbelievably nice and helpful. Got me on the road in minutes of being in the door. They also stayed a little late after closing to let me return the car because bad weather delayed us on the way back.

Easy in, I've been there a thousand times and can almost do the paperwork with my eyes closed. Always very accommodating and friendly. I almost always get an upgrade car to thank me for my business, which is huge!

After an agonizing two-day experience with a competitor, I was referred to Enterprise where to my delight I was handled with passion, care, professionalism, courtesy, and doing all it took to get me successfully into a car (I was dealing with my car having been hit by another car and coping with the insurance carrier's decision on a rental agency).

The folk at Enterprise were welcoming, getting ready for their support of the Ranger's race to the Stanley Cup, and seemed in taking pride in helping and providing quality customer service, while enjoying life and people.

The car was clean, new and in remarkable condition. I actually dreaded returning it! :^D
