They had no cars with Bluetooth. They (he know who he is) said he would swap it later in the day with a car with Bluetooth. No car or even a call.
Almost every state I drive to/in requires hands free cell phone use and every statistic shows it's just safer.
I can't believe that Bluetooth isn't a standard requirement/option for any car Enterprise buys to rent/lease.
