Great customer service. I'm a driver under 25.. 22yrs old and they made the process really easy, the underage driving fee also wasn't ridiculously high.. Only a charge of $25 extra so it was feasible. Great enterprise location!

People that work there are so nice transaction is easy. Great cars have used them 5 times no problems. Great experience.

The staff was very courteous and informative. I chose a model, but the staff informed me that I can pick from two three other cars that were in the same category I had picked, and I did chose a different and better one. Pick up and drop off, was a breeze, they even picked me up at home and drove me to the office. I'm traveling to Puerto Rico, in January, and I usually used another rental car company. Because of the great service I received at Maplewood Enterprise, I made my reservation in PR, through Enterprise in San Juan Airport. THANK YOU

It was a pleasure dealing with this branch. Total customer friendly and reliable location. Professional staff and management. They run a really tight office. As a business man I can appreciate their effort to give the best to the customer. I just dropped off my rental at maple wood this morning and it was a pleasure dealing with the staff there. It took me 10 min to get a truck and all of 5 min to complete the transaction when I returned the truck. I will and have driven 45min to an hour away to use maple wood enterprise car rental. There is no price tag for high standard of customer service and satisfaction this branch offers. For me it’s not about the cost. It’s about the convenience and customer service that ultimately makes me decide to use one branch over others. This branch I give a+ and will recommend to everyone..
