Enterprise Rent-A-Car

To explain my experience, they are liars to try to get your money. I rented from enterprise about 4,5 times before at a different location, therefore, I already knew all the policies and what to expect. When I rented from this 1 the lady lied, every second there was a new argument between us 2. She seemed surprised that I knew the facts that I knew and ended up adjusting my bill bc I was right each time. She only put up a fight to try to get more money out of me, saying I had to get things I knew I didnt have to get (additional insurance waivers etc.) Currently, me and her are in a dispute because she is lying saying that I can not get back my deposit just because she wants to charge me for days that I didnt even have the rental. so here's another argument (probably our 4th). Im disgusted and completely annoyed.

Worst Service Ever.Just Bcoz of them we almost have to change our plan.Even after early booking they didn't even had car and worst manager.
I would never go back again.

After renting a car from enterprise for about a month while my personal car was being fixed, an accident forced me to switch to another car from enterprise. We had the second car for one and a half days when the engine light came on. We brought the car back and were issued another car. A week later we received a bill for over $500 because they said that a rodent chewed through a wire in the engine. They never showed me the wire, or a picture or any evidence. We are suppose to just take their word for it and pay up. Amazing. Of course I would not pay and was sent to collections. The collection company representative said that the company should have produced some evidence. Enterprise received over $2500 from me and the insurance company and now wants to stick me with a bill for damages that probably never happened while we had the car. We were the unlucky ones who had the car in our possession when the problem surfaced. Be careful with this company.
