Very poor customer service. An employee called Jackie has no idea of customer service. In addition, they don't do proper maintenance and cleaning to their cars. I was given a stinky car and after a few miles the car displayed "maintenance required." Do you think they would immediately replace it ? No, they told me to keep driving it like that. No concern or understanding of personal safety. Terrible lady to deal with. Never again I would rent a car from there unless Enterprise changes their personnel.

The staff is courteous and amicable, free pick ups, and the weekend special is great. There's a reason why the staff is so honored by the company and the staff has so many awards. I've rented before, and will rent again. They managed to get me in and out of there in 15 minutes and I was on the road driving.

worse place to rent from customer service was horrible they treat people like crab i would not recommend to rent from here corporate should do a review and study at this place beaus ethey are bringing tha enterprise name to tha ground i am actually having my lawyer file and complaint
