Topnotch. Despite being flooded with customers toward the close of Saturday at noon, the staff was highly attentive, courteous, and efficient. In particular, the manager, Chardley Jean-Baptiste, was outstanding. I was in and out the door, completely satisfied with my vehicle in 15 minutes. The checkout was equally smooth, also helmed by Chardley. I give them five stars.

Excellent experience. The cars I have rented have been clean, well maintained and run perfectly. The staff is courteous, helpful and they are actually a funny bunch too. I highly recommend that if you are going to rent a car, rent from Enterprise at this location.

Jersey City station at 21 2nd Street is great, really great. The space is a little weird it's a desk in the corner of the reception alcove in a hotel, but the staff is top notch and it's one of the most efficient and pleasant rental offices in the nation. I travel 48 weeks a year and rent cars from all of the major agencies. This Enterprise office is very good.

I had not rented from this location before and was unfamiliar with their pick up locations. Kiro was extremely helpful with this, even parking and walking around to look for me, then helping me carry and load things. He gave me a free upgrade since it was available and made everything very easy for me. I wish he had been available when I dropped it off because the guy then was a little impatient with me when I didn't know their procedure. I would definitely rent from them again. Also very close to the PATH train and light rail.

This is really a nice place. I ordered an intermediate car and got a free upgrade to Jeep Patriot. A brand new car was just the perfect companion to the journey. Employees are very courteous and well informed. Overall a very satisfying experience.
