Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff was friendly and the car was great, just know that like any car rental agency they'll try to sell you on all the 'extras' that will rack up your fees but if you know what you want you'll be fine. They even picked me up and gave me a ride to and from Journal Square.

Horrible experience on the phone. Julise does not communicate well over the phone. My reservation was never amended to the next morning. Stef, kept reiterated that it's the holiday they are sold out in the morning & only can accommodate me anytime after 3pm. If my reservation wasn't though an claim insurance representatives they probably would of taken better care of me.

Please try to AVOID the unprofessionalism the company possess.

I rented a vehicle from this location for a total of 19 days while my vehicle was being repaired. Upon picking up the rental. I was told to please give them a few minutes while the car is cleaned. When I entered the vehicle, is smelled horribly and the vehicle windows in and out were still smeared , with dirt. I ended up taking the vehicle to get washed my self. To include, I was given the rental of a Ford Focus 2015. The car drove horribly, it had wasted tires, and stalled every time I drove off. Sad to say when I returned the vehicle I explained to the associate and his reply was " yeah we know they are like that, there is nothing to be done". I explained if they know that the vehicles aren't safe to drive, they should not rent them to anyone. To my shocking I asked for a survey to review the services and the associate replied " If their is a chance for someone to call you about the service you will receive a call.". Lastly, when I was given the form with the refund information , I asked the associate how long would it take. He replied. "whatever your bank takes." Overall, my time was horrendous with this Enterprise. I will never return, or use any of there services again.

They were extremely nice. They didn't have GPS but they offered to take me to a different location to get it. Really went out there way. Once I dropped of the car, they knew me by name and took me back in their car. Love enterprise wouldn't not rent from no one else.

Great team there. Better than the airport. I have rented with them 3 times now !
