I've rented with Enterprise numerous times and wouldn't think of dealing with any other agency. Enterprise never disappoints! Representatives are courteous and very professional, the price is right AND they will pick you up and drop you off!

Quick friend service. Cars are of the latest models. Enjoyed being able to drive a 2015 Explorer for 5 days for less than $500.

Unprofessional sraff, i,called first with a reservation they said to,come.over to the office I arrived at 3pm they said to return at 5, then around 6 they need to wash my car then finally after all they hit the car. They claimed that they only had a mini van I'm not paying u for what,u want me to get. Hated it
Try elsewhere or ure experience will be similar or worse then mines. Hope this can help,future rentals.

Horrible,
Uneducated staff
Long wait over 2hours
When I finally was about to get in my car the agents hit the damn car when I had no cars but a mini van ...

These people need to learn about customer service, commitment, politeness, mannerisms...or probably it is too late...it must be the way those people have been brought up...for sure my dog is treated much better than their parents took care of their education in general, and it goes to all employees there, including the idiot supervisor. By the way, before any bs from anyone, I rent from Entreprises for over 24 years and is the FIRST TIME that I came accross idiots working for that company.
