Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The representatives Darnell and Jordan at the Hempstead branch were very helpful fast and efficient at getting me into a car that suited me. They also had no problem helping me switch my vehicle when I needed to. I would definitely recommend people to use there service at the Hempstead location and I would continue to do business with them

I had no problem at enterprise in Hempstead. My SUV was being serviced at the dealer across the street from enterprise and sent me to rent one of their cars until my car was ready, which would be at least 3 days. At first Jordan gave me a much smaller SUV than I owned and told me as soon as a bigger SUV came in he would call me and let me switch out for it. As promised Jordan and my servicell agent Sean made it happen the next day as promised. I got a Pathfinder, which is what I drive anyway and was on my way out in no time. When I first got in the vehicle it was dirty but they sent it to the car wash and it came back much cleaner than I expected. The only thing was a cigarette smoke smell that took me a bottle of febreeze and 4 air freshener trees to get rid of, no fault of enterprise but of the inconsiderate person that rented the vehicle before me. They should fine the people who smoke or abuse their vehicles upon return of them. I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise and would recommend then in a NY minute. Jordan is a man of his word and now a days that means a lot.

I highly recommend this location! Always making you feel very comfortable and always treated with respect. I went in a month ago due to an accident and encounter myself with Christopher, he was beyond helpful and courteous. Made the whole rental process just so comfortable,explained how the rental insurance works and if I had an out of pocket expense. I live 3minutes away from another enterprise but travel the extra time to go to this location, because I know I will get treated how customer should be treated!!! Well job guys!!
