Always great service and quick. I reserve online and never have to wait more than 5 minutes once I get there. My favorite go to rental place is Hawthorne.

I scheduled a pickup for Friday. I called before i left to the service center to have a courtesy shuttle pick me up. I arrived at the service center 20 minutes later and still ended up waiting an hour and a half because Hawthorne enterprise transferred me to Lodi without informing me and Lodi complained to me the whole time that there were overbooked. Not very professional.

Fast and easy esp.. when u return the vehicle u just drop it and leave the key in the drop box and they called u the next business day that everything was fine. I return my car the day before the latest snow storm and there was no problem.

Anthony, the manager, here is wonderful. Knows everything, handles efficiently. Someone you really can trust. I would recommend him for everyone.

Very accommodating staff. A lot of them get transferred or promoted because of quality work ethic but the replacement staff is always top notch. Been using their services for over 2 years.
Would recommend this location in Hawthorne in particular. Tried a few other locations but this was definitely the best of the bunch so far.
