Enterprise Rent-A-Car

STAY AWAY, UNPROFESSIONAL. This place sucks, I placed a reservation for an SUV early in the morning and called back when I was ready for the pick up. They said it would take 30-60 minutes, and after over 5 hours later I call to say I'm STILL waiting and they tell me they won't accept a debit card as payment after the guy I initially placed the reservation with said it was fine. Missed work to handle this and wasted my whole day waiting for these discourteous people. Wouldn't recommend to anybody.

Everything was picture perfect.These people are running important service at their best!

They are always nice and very accomodating! They remember me by name and small details about my last trip or family that makes me feel welcomed and special - not just another number.

I highly recommend this location.

I rented a car here in September 2014 for 12 days. I was not happy with the first car, since it was an intermediate and I had requested a standard via the on-line booking.. However, they got me into another car after the weekend and I was very happy. Raul and Chris were both excellent customer folks, attentive and listened to my concerns and needs. Tee cars were ready when promised, both were clean and appeared well taken care of. It was only a few minutes to pick up the cars and to drop off at the end of the rental. I definitely will continue renting from this facility every time I need a rental car in the Elizabeth, NJ area. I was impressed that the waiting area and the bath room were very clean and tidy. And, they picked me up promptly to get the car. Very pleased with the entire experience ! !

The staff at this location was very courteous and efficient. I also saved a lot of money by taking a short cab ride from the Airport to Elizabeth instead of renting at the Airport location. The car was clean and roomy, and the service was very good.
