Everything went well the car was great. Customer service was great the only think i feel like the security deposit is a bit High but My overall experience was the Great I did receive my deposit back in three days..

I have been a customer of this Enterprise location in East Orange for over a year and I am a loyal customer because of their dedication to providing the best customer service and road worthy vehicles. They are a family owned business who are way above the rest of the rental industry because they care about the customer and are willing to go out of their way, within reason, to ensure that the customer have a reliable and road-worthy vehicle and driving experience; be it long distance or around town.

The staff there are very nice and able to handle any customer's concern. But the process with checking in is unorganized. I had a reservation to pick a vehicle yet outside walk-ins were taken cared of first. There's no sign in or order to who to attend to. People walk in and go straight to the counter, the person behind the desk just helps them without asking to help those with a reservation first. Hence, why a reservation is made in the first place. Now if there were no vehicles available for the ones that had a reservation, I would only give one star for this review. Although I was aggravated with the way it was organized in this office, the staff were still courteous and gave me an upgraded vehicle for the troubles.

The staff at the East Orange Enterprise are always professional yet down to earth. They go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and leave with a smile. If they don't have the vehicle you want, they will call around or take you to another Enterprise to get it. Their service and their rates are simply the best!
