The rep Danielle, was very kind to me. I wanted to get more information when dropping the car back, for keep it longer even thou I rented it for a day. They were so busy, I try asking her assistance and the assistance was also busy, that I put it off asking. I own my own car but my daughters are in college both in Upstate NY and CT. So when I drive up there I like to say a bit longer. Anyhow I would use them again....

Pickup was easy and smooth. Same during drop off. I loved the car. It was new and loaded with some nice technology.

Pretty disheveled property and the location didn't seem to be able to handle a lot of customers as it was one of those "portable school" / mobile home type structures. Still, the people were friendly and helpful, although it seemed like there was a manager and someone just out of training trying to take reservations. I don't have much comparison for other Brooklyn rental companies but overall across the State I'd say this one was just ok.

Jazzmin was an awesome representitive, I was happy with the speed and the overall hospitality I recieved. I was picked up from BMW and once arrived I was out the door with a car in under five minutes.
Caitlin the store manager was amazing as well my return took literally under a minute. I was then driven back to BMW to pick up my car. I would definitely come back here again when BMW doesn't have a loaner for me.
Third time using them, Willie even drove me in his own vehicle, because they were closing and I came at the last minute. Exceptional service.
