I train staff to provide quality customer service so I can quickly recognize solid customer service. I am never been disappointed with the level of service I receive at this location. The staff are professional, engaged and efficient in their presentation and service delivery. It is impressive in a day and age when customer service is a lost art.
I commend Enterprise, the Branch manager, Assistant Branch manager and all of the staff at this location; you are the best!

I HAVE DEALT WITH THE QUEENS VILLAGE BRANCH FOR YEARS AND THE PEOPLE AND SERVICE IS GREAT. REALLY FRIENDLY AND STAFF WANTS TO PLEASE. MY ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE FOR THIS LOCATION TO PRICE THE CARS THE SAME AS THE FLORAL PARK LOCATION.
