They were suppose to pick me up. Nobody called. I waited 10 minutes and called and they said someone will be there shortly. Called them every 15 minutes for an update while I wait in the cold. It has been an hour and 15 minutes now. Called them for an update and was told they are going to transfer my information to another one of their branches. I am currently waiting for the new branch to call me. Standing here on the street looking at my phone and time. Pathetic. Will never use enterprise of work with anyone that uses them again. I'm sure there another hour wait before anyone shows up. Don't make the mistake.

Customer service was impeccable. From the moment I arrived, to the time I returned. They were so sweet and accommodating. I only rate 4 stars, because they're availability to pick up the car/drop off was very limited over the weekend and also, I felt that the rate for a compact car was extremely overpriced. Unfortunately, this is why I will choose something like zipcar next time, but if prices were different, I would continue going to this location, if only because they know how to treat customers!

I can't say enough good things about this Enterprise location in Astoria. I have been renting from this location for the past 3-4 years at least a half a dozen times each year. The crew is always exceptionally friendly, helpful, and delivers exemplary customer service each and every time. They won my business the first time I rented at this location and I don't ever see myself going any where else.
To the staff at this location - All of you do an incredible job with taking care of your customers. Thank you for everything that you do to ensure our travel is as safe and comfortable as can be. You really are an amazing team. Keep up the good work!

do not come here at all. The staff does not have good customer service. they tell you that they are going to charge you one thing and then they charge you something else. The store manager is extremely passive aggressive and does not know how to handle customers whatsoever. He told me he was charging me something and i see a different charge on my bank statement. If the store manager has poor communication imagine the staff that works for him. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIMEEEEEE

This location always goes above and beyond. I've rented from here over a dozen times and it's always the same high-level of courteous, overextending service. One time, I arrived a half hour past store hours and the attendee that was closing up went out of his way to: Open the store back up, restart the system, and got me a vehicle without breaking stride. To the entire crew; hat's off to you!
