Not the greatest service. The office is not appealing, cars sometimes smell of smoke at times. Limited car choices, prices are outrageous.

I am a frequent renter he workers are always super polite and they work hard to try to please me. On several occasions the car was not available at the appointed time, but they knew either exactly when cars were coming, or they what other locations had ,so it works out.
I think that part of the reason that they dont always have cars is because they seem to get a lot of "walk-ins" and they of course try to accommodate them as well.

It was my first and will not be my last.. Customer Service was outstanding. I recommend this location.

Employees were pleasant and I liked my rental. The only thing was that it did not provide toll Express box or GPS service. Otherwise, the car was GREAT!!! Lumbar support w/ seat heater is soooo helpful on long drives!!! LUVED IT!

Horrible experience with my last rental. I went to pick up the rental and the location had no cars. My appointment was for 9am and I had to wait till 10:30am to get a vehicle. I was driven to another location to pick up my rental in a cargo van. I was to at the other location that since I purchased 5 days of rental that I get the other two left in the week for free. This is a scam. My rental was originally from Sat at 9am till Weds 6pm. The two extra days that's given free would have allowed me to return it Sat evening. However enterprise does not stay open past 1pm on a Saturday which I wasn't made aware of until I tried to return the rental Saturday evening. Sunday all rental locations are closed but they still charge this day as an additional day of rental. So I ended returning the rental Monday evening after I got out of work. I just made it to a location near me in Tottenville. The agent listened to the events leading to that day and told me I would not be charged for the inconvenience and that the original rental location would reach out to me to go over the final bill. I never got a call from the Bay Street manager. However I did receive an email with receipt and grand total of just under $800 for one week and two days of rental (It was actually three days see they charged me for the Saturday I could not return the rental because they close early). My original rental was for about $260 plus the insurances. Which I regret getting because those free days I was also charged for on the insurance. I feel like knowing that as a company you started off wrong with you client by not having reserved product available at the time slot you have them, they should of at least reached out to me and asked how my rental experience was. Honestly going forward I will not use Enterprise for my rental needs and I will spread the word of the scam they are running because I have never been treated with such disrespect to be lied to in my face by a company I used many times in the past.
