Andi Gamboa and the rest of the team are consummate professionals. Very knowledgeable and attentive. I like the no haggle pricing. The staff was super friendly but not in a creepy "used car salesman" kind of way. The experience was very positive. I love my new car and when we are ready to buy another we will definitely be back to Andi.

TJ Hibbert was, I won't say "salesperson", rather, the PARTNER that helped us CHOOSE our vehicle. All the right questions were asked before we even looked at a vehicle and he got it exactly right with the first two vehicles he showed us right down to the color.
After we bought the vehicle, the dealership itself has been EXTREMELY helpful with any questions even when TJ was out on another test drive. There was NONE of that "....I'll take a message " nonsense. My questions were answered immediately and correctly EVERY time.
Lastly, although it's embarrassing to admit, I have had problems with my credit and my daughter Nadia is new to credit. They fought on our behalf for an unbelievably low APR and they got it. Jim was excellent.

A couple of suggestions
Retrieving the car from Connecticut took way longer than expected
the agent should have suggested sharing phone numbers. That way I could have gone home and waited for his call.
I did call about the windshield wiper smearing the windshield when I washed it (which made it impossible to see) but no one got back to me

I purchased a vehicle with one price on my contract and the financing bank is charging more. I called three times regarding this issue and was told it would get taken car off. Now I either pay the extra money or get a late payment. Four weeks and no resolution.

My wife and I recently purchased a car from this dealership. We LOVE the car and would have given a 4 or 5 star had we gotten a better response from corporate when there was a confusion and / or mis-communication amongst the New Rochelle dealership and the Enterprise dealership that was transporting our vehicle. After doing all the paperwork and waiting for delivery, we were told the specifications for what we thought was being delivered was wrong! We wrote two letters to corporate and never recieved a response from corporate regarding the issue. The car specification issue was eventually resolved between the dealerships after we purchased, but having corporate not even acknowledge they recieved our letter did not make us feel valued, nor like the Enterprise motto of customer comes first. That was unfortunate because otherwise I think we could have given a 4 plus overall.
