Purchased their Groupon which says that it includes oil change, 16-pt inspection, tire rotation, and car wash. I brought my car in, and after they redeemed the Groupon (i.e. cashed it in for the full amount), they said they would not rotate my tires due to tread wear. Despite this, they kept the full amount that I paid, wouldn't let me come back another day to get the tire rotation that I already paid for, and refused to reimburse me at all for a PAID service that they did not perform. Terrible customer service... Avoid!!
