The food was really good, beautiful presentation and great flavor.Excellent server and wonderful ambience. The manager was really attentive and the food was served always on time. We had a wonderful time and the view of the pond was beautiful. We will be coming back again!

I have been to a lot of nice restaurants around the world and the United States, this restaurant stacks up with all of them. No need to go to NYC, this place is spectacular. The chef is amazing, I am sure we will be hearing a lot from him in the years to come.

This place is truly a hidden gem. The food was some of the best I have ever had! The service was a tad on the slow side, though. It took more than 2 hours for three of us to get seated, served, and pay the bill.
Also, if you drive a stick shift, do NOT use the valet. I watched my car stall several times out in the parking lot, and then the attendant simply let it stutter and die when he brought it to the door instead of putting the car into neutral.

Nestled within the New Jersey Center for Science, Technology & Mathematics building at Kean University, Ursino offers a fresh seasonal menu in a very unique atmosphere. The restaurant has beautiful decor with scenic views out of a two story glass wall. The ambiance compliments the delicious selection of dishes. My favorite is the roasted local grain fed pork served with yuca fries.

Great and innovative food. We liked the beet salad, and the sweet potato panna-cotta Nice location. Service was not that good, and the place was little too noisy.
