All smiles when they sell you the car, but when my car went in for a recall. It came out with 3 issues because of something they did. So now their blaming me, but meanwhile I dropped off my car perfectly fine. Then it was only when they touched it did it mess up. Went in for a transmission recall, came out with a broken radio and broken fog lights. Thanks engle wood auto group. I really appreciate it, and get rid of your terrible manager Jo, what a waste.

Worst customer service by far. I would buy another GMC, but not from there morons.

If you decide to purchase an automobile from this company, take it elsewhere for service. These people are the worst. Never get back to you, never get the work completed on time. They admit they are understaffed and cant handle the work they have. But the car from another dealer and have them service it.

DONT GO TO THIS CAR DEALER BECAUSE THEY SELL LEMONS USED CARS... AFTER TWO WEEKS WITH THE CAR I NEED A NEW ENGINE... YOUR MONEY IS THE BOTTOM LINE..
