Best car buying experience we have ever had. Great salespeople, no haggling, really really reasonable pricing, Purchased two vehicles there and currently looking to buy a third. Both times our salesmen were top notch - Ed and Jay. Will never go to another dealership ever again. Thanks guys.

I had the worst experience today at this dealer. I’m from NYC and was driving to NJ when my dash board lit up like a Christmas tree. I found my way to this dealer and was told upon arrival by both Lenny and John the manager that they were too busy to look at the car. I pleaded with them stating that I’m not from New Jersey, it’s raining cats and dogs, and I’m worried that I won’t be able to make it back home to NYC. John repeated that they were too busy and to try to drive it to my “home” dealer which is in White Plains New York. Neither one of them offered any suggestions to remedy the problem, nor were they even willing to look at the vehicle. Instead I prayed and made my way to Paramus Chevrolet where Ann gave the best Customer Service ever! Although they were just as busy today, Ann was able to assess the problem, and provided me a rental so that I could make it home in time to pick up both of my children. Thank you Paramus Chevrolet!

I purchased my 2011 GMC Terrain (used) from EAG and get it serviced here as well. The staff was extremely pleasant to work with and have not had any issues with my used car. The service department is always friendly, quick, and efficient. I highly recommend EAG!

I recently leased a 2014 acadia and had a wonderful experience doing so. Ed Pavlika was very nice, descriptive and provided us with all the information needed to feel comfortable with the purchase. The process was painless and quick. Ed was patient and provided me with a full walk through of all the features the car has and made himself available for any further questions. Great experience and would highly recommend to friends and family.

I recently just leased a new 2014 Buick Encore - From the time I walked in the door I felt very comfortable and working with Ed Pavlika, my salesman for many years, made everything that much more easier. Ed took his time in showing me the car that I desired and was able to work with my budget to make it happen. He did a great job and was very patient in answering all the questions that I had and explaining everything in detail. He took his time in showing me all the nooks and crannies of how the car worked and all the great features it had to offer. I was extremely satisfied being able to walk out of the dealership with my brand new car. Ed is definitely an amazing salesman and I would recommend everyone and anyone I know to deal with him when purchasing/leasing a car.
