I had a root canal done at the Dr. Carollo office. Secretary checked the insurance coverage and made me pay the balance on the spot. About 3 weeks after the procedure office found out that the I owed them $5 on almost a $1000 total charge. I happened to be away during the holidays returning to a number of messages from the office. They kept harassing me with calls for the $5 not giving me a chance to send them a check to the point that I will not go back. Small thinking = lost customer!
Be aware of very long wait times as well.
