Who is dr. Lala??? Been a patient for over three years and I've never seen the doctor. Today will be my last visit. Had a five o'clock appointment and have been waiting here, it is now 715. Just to let the doctor know I am a kidney transplant patient and you have me sitting here waiting. Also I just got released last Monday for have a blood infection. Thanks doc. Probably got it sitting in your office. This may sound fake but trust me it's real, doctor makes millions and I've never seen him

beware... the worst kind of experience that you can have. I had similar experience like the previous poster. Even after taking an appointment with Dr. Vinod Lala, I was made to wait for 3 hours and then one of his assistants met me. I was there on a physicians recommendation to meet Dr. Lala and instead get to meet an inexperienced doctor. After fighting it out, my next appointment with Dr. Lala got me Dr. Lala himself after waiting for 4 hours (there were 3 patients ahead of me). He spent about 15 minutes with me (I was left to wonder why it would take him 4 hours to see the 3 patients when he would be spending about 20-30 minutes with each). It is more of a publicity stunt for them to keep patients waiting. Everytime I would go to them, the wait would be a minimum of 3 hours+ for only about 2-3 patients ahead of me. I have no complains about the doctor but cannot give in to this crap. Changed my doctor and am happy...
There was no way to give a zero rating, else would have. Has to pick a 1 star rating (which does not sound fair for this kind of horrible service).

OMG ..when i read these reviews i thought some people over react but today a i went there to see dr. VInod Lala, but after waiting for more than 3 hours i did not get a chance to see him instead his assistant said you are fine i have checked you ,than i asked the staff that i took appointment with Dr, Lala than the reaction was you better go out otherwise we will throw you out.I wonder is there any law , can we do something about it..its called cheating , they are doing it openly, there was some kind of smell in the office, the nurse who was checking my BP was not sure about right & left hand, she did not have watch to check my pulse, i mean i can go on & on about my horrible experience today & want to tell you please do not even dare to see this doc., you will waste your time, energy, money & after your visit you will get sick, the place is so unhygienic.

THE WORST OFFICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! 0 STARS!
I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes only to be called by a nurse and told that I would have to wait at least another 1 hour and 30 minutes with no guarantee. I asked the nurse why I have to wait so long and why no one told me and why my appointment was made so early even though I was not to be admitted for at least another 3 hours and she replied, QUOTE "Oh we don't tell patients, but there is a wait, there is always a wait". Their staff even had the nerve to lie to me and say that they were "filing charts" the entire time, which is the biggest load of bull I have ever heard. We walked out and I was angry enough punch through their wall. I was told by neurologists and many doctors to try to have less stress and this "doctor's" office did the exact opposite. I never saw a doctor, my mom left work early and I had to skip part of school, did not eat (even though I was also told to do so by doctors), and wasted an overall 4 hours (including the ride there) for nothing. I waited for 10 MINUTES at a HOSPITAL, but at this OFFICE I would have to wait at least 4 HOURS. That is complete bull and irrefutably disrespectful. Not to mention that they were severely overbooked, my doctor called for a medical emergency and I still did not get admitted, there was no space to sit, it was incredibly hot, and the conditions are just unsanitary and unfit for so many people to wait for no reason. They should be sued over and over for damages and closed by the government. Worst office I have ever been to.
