- Terrible #123361
Everything I've given them has been ruined, from 5 Thomas Pink shirts which shrunk, to a custom made suit which ended up with creases in all the wrong places, and everything in between. They never take responsibility for their mistakes. They even tried to deny dry cleaning my suit at all!! I'll NEVER go back, and I live in the same building!!
