En-Toto Boutiques

If I could give this place a negative amount of stars I would. Just plain nasty and rude. Stay away. You can find other boutiques where they appreciate your business. I give them -5 stars

My experience very recently was very different when I went 11 years ago.
I went with plenty of time to MAKE a dress for my child's wedding and it came down to last minute stress.....was so unnecessary .....
I remained patient...but won't be returning.... sorry..

Go in and ask for Patty you will not be disappointed. Extremely professional and really listens to what you want. She was extremely patient and made me feel welcome every time I went into the store. She made my dress purchasing experience wonderful. I also needed to purchase a dress for my mother who lives out of state. Patty offered to let me take the dress I selected to Florida and if my Mother wasn't happy she would let me return the dress and apply the cost to my dress balance. She meticulously documented the receipt just to put me at ease. I went all over the city and En-Toto offered the best selection, quality and assistance-wish I went there first.

They are crooks! stay away!!! do not give these people your money. They are worse than gypsies! if you do make sure every detail is given in writing. They are nasty and try to get you for every penny. Tried charging $350 for a shawl made from dresses extra material. when we refused to pay he (michael the owner) tried to lower the price down to $100. (price dropped in less than 5 minutes) DISGUSTED by these people. so many more choices and boutiques. KEEP AWAY BEWARE!!!

Honestly, I would give this place two stars if it wasn't for the outrageous scam they stand by because the dresses are nice, however, the price is way off the price you'll find anywhere else. I don't care what area they've located this store, it an hypocrisy.
For example: they'd have a dress for $1000, then they'd tell you it's some name brand replica, then they'd say "hey, we'll give it to you half off eh? $500!" ...A must buy right! NO! Because the actual price of said dress can be found for $200-$300 anywhere else. They also like to make it seem that the customer is lying and without knowledge. Pfft. DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING. Not even an earring.
