I called Empire Upholstery before Sandy hit. The gentleman who owns the business was very nice and very accommodating. He came to my house brought fabric for me to choose from and took the chair to work on. He said three weeks...it has been over four months. I have had it. I have left messages and he has not returned my calls. I have been promised two delivery dates and he has failed to follow through. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
