The team here is phenomenal. Dan and Chuck are great trainers. I came in out of shape with limited experience with free weights. They take their time to ensure you have the proper form to not hurt yourself and push you along to build and grow. The members at the gym make you feel like family and no matter your level of fitness, you don't feel out of place.
