I was in a need of a van for a last minute trip to Pennsylvania, I checked so many places, and this one had by far the best options and prices. Everything was handled professionally, our 12 passenger van was comfortable and clean. I was amazed at how seamless the whole process was. I will definitely be renting with Empire again as not only are their prices reasonable, but their service is unmatched.

Really helped us out and was extremely accommodating with all our requests. Our soccer club safely went to and from their games in the safety of the vans.

Also, the customer service team was fantastic. Patient and always explained what was needed! Would definitely use again!

I have rented from Empire 3 times thus far and the services has been outstanding, the staff is accommodating and friendly and the are top notch. And there are right in the neighborhood of Brooklyn for years. I strongly recommend you rent from them, its not your regular rental place with all the drama and hidden fees, its more like family . Love Empire from Adrienne Terry!
