I have left 3 messages for agent Ms. Teresa Sanchez with Empire Management Group's receptionist in a 36+ hr period, requesting a return call and listing information. Each time I left my full name, location, phone number, and reason for my call. Needless to say, I am a bit shocked at the lack of concern/lack of consideration shown to a potential paying client.

BEWARE!!!! I MOVED INTO MY "GORGEOUS NEWLY RENOVATED" APARTMENT IN MARCH 2010.. BY JUNE 2010 I HAD AN INFESTATION OF MICE!! EMPIRE MANAGEMENT GROUP HAS NEGLECTED TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUE AFTER CALL AFTER CALL AFTER CALL!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY NEGLECTFUL!!! THEY HAVE POLITICAL TIES AND WILL USE THEM AGAINST YOU!! BEWARE OF THERESA SANCHEZ EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF EMPIRE MANAGEMENT GROUP!!! SHE IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE AND ONE HELL OF A SALES PERSON!! YOU ARE SELLING YOUR SOUL TO THE DEVIL!! IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER AND I STILL HAVE A PROBLEM WITH RODENTS AND THEY ARE STILL IGNORING MY CALLS!!! STAY AWAY!!! IF YOU STILL DECIDE TO GO FOR ONE OF THEIR APARTMENTS PLEASE UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO!!
