called to speak with manager woman answered said hes not there when i asked his name she said she didnt know his name but call back tomorrow i said ok can i speak to someone who does know his name she out of the blue got a asian accent and said no speak english i said yes you do u understand me what do you call the manager she said john i think.....terrible i will never do business with this company i hope they know that their workers are losing them business because of their phone behavior and LACK of customer service skills, lying, deceiving customers, etc
