Outstanding, we come here all the time. Great service and atmosphere. And most importantly fantastic food.

Food is great but I am a firm believer that customer service can quickly change your mind regardless of how good the food is. If you want to eat here you are better off getting it delivered. Waitresses are just NASTY you have to ask for everything to be brought to you and as a first time visitor here I was treated sooo rudely AND the waitress decided to fill in her own tip. One thing is giving percentages on what the tip should be and another thing is filling out the tip and total spots on my cc receipt and expect the customer to just sign it. Thats just wrong! Never eating here again!

HORRIBLE!!!!! Unfortuantely, the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!They give attitudes if you need more water, soy sauce, even asking them how are they or any small talk they give attitude. I have been going there for many years now, and always noticed how horrible the customer service was but put that aside because the food is good and there is not many Japanese restaurant around my job that I can go to for lunch. BUT TODAY will be the LAST day MY COWORKERS AND I EVER go there. When we got our credit card receipts back to sign it, the waitress filled out her own tip. Mind you, our bill was less than $15 each. THAT IS ILLEGAL. You do NOT fill out your own tip... that is unprofessional, wrong and illegal.& I will be filing a complaint.

I ordered House Mei Fun-last night and it had very little of anything --no meat-no veggie---it was really plain!!! I had to cut up chicken from the previous nite to put into the dish, it was so plain...my husband ordered large shrimp fried rice and he said he rather order from the chinese down the block!!!
I do not recommend this place.
