Not only were they unable to provide me with their notice of privacy practice (which they are obligated to provide by law), but they incorrectly billed my checkup procedure to a doctor I did not see, resulting in my insurance company denying the charge and sending me a bill for $500, after telling me that I was only responsible for the copay. I will be filing a complaint with the US Department of health and human services. My advice, STAY AWAY.

I would give them zero stars if I could.
