DO NOT GO TO HIM! Do not trust this guy!! Not even a single word from him!!! My friend made a reservation for 3 of us by his place, and we came a way of 1 and 1/2 hours and he was not there, he turned off his phone, so i spoke with the security guard by the Marine base where he is located, and he told me that every second day people are having the same story, that they make a reservation and he just leaves the place. SO WATCH OUT! DO NOT GO TO HIM!

Such a great time we spend jetskiing! Highly recommended! Very helpful staff!

Pros
The ride was thrilling and had a mixed reactions at various times due to first time experience.
Instructions were clearly stated on how to use the jet ski.

Cons

1.Need the management and Guide to be patient enough to understand the client needs. Need to help understand starting from attire to survival skills
2.They should help customer to understand what lies beneath once they get into actual waters and what they should do when they are not able to move forward.
3.Once the client is facing any issue mid water, there should be a backup plan without leaving the customer to experience
4.Tour guide should be there with client in difficult times so that client can complete the tour. This support will inculcate in more jet ski tours

Very displeased. My boyfriend and I booked our jet-ski rental over 2 weeks prior for our five year anniversary, and our appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before our allotted time. We had shown up for our reservation almost 2 hours in advance, and were very disappointed with the overall experience.

After speaking with Michael and his wife, they did not make much of an effort to fix the problem, and left us stranded in an unfamiliar area. They told us that we were the "unlucky ones", and sent us home on a 2 hour drive in traffic after their equipment malfunctioned. The marina was poorly maintained, there was debris everywhere, and was located right next to Brooklyn's trash disposal site.

While the jet-ski attendant was very apologetic, the owner and his wife were very unprofessional, and lost a valued customer. It is safe to say that we will not be coming back to this business, and hope that others do not waste their time or money here.

We attempted to use there jet ski tour of NYC.. We traveled over an hour anda half and arrived early so we wouldn't be late for our reservation... However an hour before the owners wife called and cancelled.. She was very rude and didn't care we traveled and were there early. Even though we had made reservation over a week in advance, they choose ours to cancel. They refused to give us our money back and tgere employee said" oh well you were the unlucky ones" we spoke to the owner and he was just as rude... Horrible customer service and no way to run a business. Also the jet skies were " broken" and looked old.
