I've been searching for a decent Chinese Takeout since I moved to this neighborhood. Emperor's cafe is the 3rd one I tried and I really hope it would be good but it's not..
I always order Beef Chow Fun at every Chinese take out I went to and most of the time it was between good and very good, but this time at this place it was really bad... it has no flavor and some of the noodle (Chow Fun) are still cold.. Usually when you order a beef chow fun or beef low mein or beef anything, it would have something else (like bean sprout, onion, green pepper, etc) plus beef, but this place there is just beef and noodle, it's so plain and dry that I feel so sorry for it because the owner was really nice when I spoke with him on the phone.
I might give it another chance with something else only because the people are really nice.
