My very first experience with this store was in November of 2010. I needed a custom built computer and I just needed to avoid paying absurd amounts for it. When I walked in I was treated with courtesy, allowed to write down my request and given a quote. Short story I left the store with a down payment on the build I wanted and told to come back in a couple of days to pick up my machine. I've been going there ever since to get all other builds ever since.
