After he was dismissed for inappropriate behavior with young models at another agency, he created Emmanuel New York Models whereunder he could exploit models with no oversight to stop him. Yet for his continuing abuses, several of his young models are seeking to reinstate that missing oversight through the court in a lawsuit against him.
