Emergency Medical Care

I called with a simple question about whether or not I could get a prescription refilled here as I just moved from out of state and needed to get it quickly. The woman answered the phone already exhausted with me, even opening by saying "Oh my god, [sigh] hello?" She interrupted me repeatedly during all of my questions and got upset when I asked for her to clarify her statements. I've never done this but it was so bad I hung up on her. I will never go to this clinic, that's how bad the phone call was. Negative 1000 stars.

No Stars! Do not go unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars and just end up getting refered to the Emergency Room. The doctor on duty was unprofessional and very uneasy. And the woman at the front desk had a terrible attitude when I called back to discuss the bill she actually yelled at me! Take my advise and save yourself time and money.

Do not bother unless you like being ripped off and mistreated by front desk personnel.

I've been here twice for my asthma. My recent visit was for a stomach virus. I have several issues with this place- none of the people wear identifying badges to let you know what there role is. They performed an unnecessary CAT scan and then try to upsell me on their neurological services. It is very overpriced and I'm just waiiting to see what this bill will be like. Upside-The medical assistant was very caring and helpful even providing a heater and blanket because I was so cold. The PA that saw me insisted on giving me meds that I did not want bc it could cause issues when trying to conceive. All he could say is please abstain. Well no my husband and i are in our late 30's and we can't wait. I demanded a different medicine. I left there with 5 prescriptions. filled only 2. Oversell, overmedicate and like one other reviewer commented when i came in for my asthma attacks no real sense of urgency. I'm sorry to say but after this last visit i will be going to a hospital. Also, called to ask for different medicine and two hrs later my husband went to the pharamcy and they never called it in. When i called to find out what happened they said the number didn't work when i asked why didnt anyone call me back to verify the number she raised her voice and said she was busy with patients. For two hours you were busy with patients lady?!! Never again!!!

However I want to say thank you to EMC by writing a review, and sharing my experience with them.

This place has the best and the most knowledgeable doctors, and the most kind, and most caring staff.

I came in few days ago, and received great, swift, and very professional service.

I was treated with care and I felt like I was in good hands, from the begging till the very end.

This place is fantastic. We brought our son there this morning, around 8am. The customer service here was amazing, they were fast, kind, and professional. After being greeted very kindly, we waited in the exam room, which was clean and bright. Then came a the strep-test, and then the thorough exam. The whole process didn't take more then 20 minutes. We were in and out. The place is so clean, and easy, efficient, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Plus they are open 24/7. I was very happy with the service. Such a great addition to the neighborhood.
