horrific business, if you could call it that... Every worker was arrogant beyond belief and the bartender was a drunken mess.. Really???

Great place until one rude bartender refused to close the door when repeatedly asked.Then he told me he was tired of hearing it. Every one around me agreed and two men got up and closed it . He ran around and opened it back up. I ask to close my tab for me and my two quests and wrote on his tip line close the door a h that's when he told me I was never aloud in there again. He is rude and cares more about his comfort then the customers . Being in customer service my self I know some people can get on your nerves. But it was very cold and he was the only one bar tending and waiting tables but no reason for him to be so rude. Hope the mgt knows the whole story . Other than him the food is good and priced right. One of the best bars around. I frequently find myself at Emerald's after a long day and ALL of the bartenders are amazing.

Family ordered a ton of food watching a few basketball games... And when they asked for a pitcher of water they said they only have bottled water, and needed to charge for the water... What kind of cheap place needs to charge its customers for water... Talk about the definition of desperate for income... Want to eat mediocre bar food and get charged for tap water, stop here.

I love this place. I go for the Specials, primarily the 25 cents wings and cheap beer. Plus they have golden tee. Not the most welcoming place till you become a regular. The staff seems to have to deal with a lot of BS. The place can get packed.
