Embassy Suites by Hilton Secaucus Meadowlands

Nice room ... big and spacious. Couches are old and TVs has poor reception. Room service only open 5-11 and no room service if cafe is busy. Excellent for short stays or conventions. Breakfast is outstanding. Cafe workers are grumpy as hell if they get busy.

Stayed there on 2 occasions for work. Very friendly staff. 1st time there I left my phone in the shuttle and they got it back to me before the train I needed to be on for the city. 2nd time there they remembered me by name. Great business amenities, as well.

The location is in Secaucus, NJ with plenty of options for entertainment and dining out. It is clean, mass great staff and has a great breakfast. The room is large and has plenty of room for the entire family. The manager's snack in the evening is also a nice touch.

Have stayed here multiple times, and this hotel has left a lot to be desired. Only plus is it's close to restaurants, a movie theater and shopping, and the staff is friendly. But the WiFi in the rooms is poor, twice my room service has been cold when it arrived, once I had to chase down my room service order myself, it was 2 hours late (typical signs they are understaffed), and once I arrived to find out they had no rooms. This despite having made reservations and being a Hilton diamond member.

Stayed here a couple years ago and they had an issue with the air conditioner during the summer. At that time they were very accommodating. This time everything worked perfectly and I was able to stay overnight. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable. Definitely a place to return to.
