The most ridiculous experience. Roses were delivered to wrong address. Owner said a woman signed for the flowers. I said, my wife never received the flowers. He asked, "is your wife an old woman with grey hair?" Six hours later, a dozen roses are delivered. Only mean a dozen if your definition of a dozen is 11 flowers. Roses were wilting and ugly too. They did refund my money the next day.

A friend in New YOrk recommended Embassy to help me send flowers the next day for a birthday on the upper Westside. Spoke with Lambross who was extremely helpful. Flowers were delivered without a hitch and she loved them. Got great value and service. Would definitely use them again!

I had to place an order, over the phone, that needed to be delivered within 3 hours. The woman that I placed my order with was very kind, even though I probably made her feel a little rushed.
The arrangement was beautiful and made it to its destination on time.
For flowers and delivery, I give two thumbs up.
