El servicio al cliente orripilante! Tengo 3 días esperando que me vengan a buscar 2 cajas y la escusa de ellos es que llaman y llaman y nadie lo coje habiendo personas en la casa! Llame a dar la quejas y la chica muy educada la interpreto como la pelicula de su vida. No le reconmendaria a nadie esta compañía lamentablemente es un desastres no tienen ningun tipo de ética ni mucho menos buenos modales.

This is the worst service i have ever recieved in my life. First not only are the staff members extremely rude but also incompetent as well. Second they picked up a box from my home the 21 of December of 2015 and it was paid for in full on December 22, 2015 one month later not only had they not processed the payment that was made, but had the audacity, that knowing it was there mistake, to tell me that i have to wait till the next shipment to recieve my box. I repeat not only are they the most irresponsible and uneducated staff i have had to deal with, but now i must be the obe to pay for their mistake that was made by them. If i could give them 0 stars then thats what i would have given them.
