doctor Kazeem never show up for my appointment. i was sitting and waiting with my baby and babysitter. no one bothered to let me know he was not even there.

The doctor who attended my mother was so great, explained every thing to us. But the staff were rude. they kept us waiting for 3 hours !!!!!! I would gave them 4 stars or even 5 stars if the staff had been nice.

Staff is rude and condescending except the lady with the glasses .. She's amazing. The doctors are also amazing but I hate the staff. I was booked for 4 o clock appointment but I ended up seeing the doctor at 6:30

I really like the doctor, but not the staffs. They don't seem to be happy about their work and tend to express their feeling to patients. I often felt they are really rude and forgot to tell me important information I was supposed to know. When I call them back to check it, it extremely takes long to be on the phone with them.
