Elizabeth Parking Authority

I was driving through the bolwage parking garage and some guy backed right into me. The guy from Elizabeth parking authority drove by in his golf cart and told me the damage didn't look bad and I shouldn't call the police. He just wanted me to move my car because it was an inconvenience for him. I got the insurance information for the driver that hit me and left. It turns out the information he gave me was fake and he couldn't be located. As a result, I'll never see my deductible from the insurance company back.
