My girlfriend has a 1996 honda civic coupe and the back window was shattered, we went on a Saturday, they close at 12 and we didn't know, and of course we got there at 12. They STILL helped us and we were there max 15 min. These people have been here since 1929 and they still have vintage artifacts, which makes the wait a lot of fun. The service was excellent, I will definitely go back!

They are so good.
I needed a quarter glass for my Chevy Malibu 08.
They charged me 160dls. any other place was asking for 300dls-350dls.
Take my advice.

I am a "do it yourself" type of individual (usually). My passenger window had completely shattered and being that I am a college student I knew I needed good and cheap (hard combination). After calling 20+ places, this establishment had the lowest price for my window itself and was the only place willing to sell my window to me without installation. But, the installation price was still 50 dollars less than my next closest quote, so I told Tim if I'm not able to do it I'll be back. I was back AND he totally hooked me up! I wish him well in his endeavors. Tim and his worker were both very genuine and helpful individuals. It's nice to see honest people in the auto industry regardless the specific field. I'll definitely be back without any hesitation if something else were to occur. Thanks again Tim.

So, I went out to my car one day to find the driver's window down. The only problem was, it was rolled up when I left it. The glass was intact, but the window itself had just slipped down into the door and wouldn't roll back up.

I'm a do-it-yourself-er, so I turned to the internet for advice. It turns out that the window regulator had broken. I found directions on how to replace it, but it was a bit beyond my skill set and the part itself wasn't cheap.

I called Elizabeth Auto Glass for a quote and was pleased to hear that they'd do it all for about 70 bucks more than the cost of the part. Tim was very helpful! He ordered the part (with a credit card deposit over the phone) and had it waiting when I arrived a couple of hours later. I brought some work to do, because it seemed like this might take awhile. They even had a table where I could spread out. But I was back on the road again in less than 30 minutes!!!

Top-notch service! Good-quality work! Done in a flash!
