I have had this company come close my pool because I was not sure how to close it properly. After speaking with the owner and asking him all kinds of questions he advised me to let him just come out and see what had to be done at no charge. I spoke with 4 other companies and either did not call me back or were very abrupt. I scheduled an appointment he came out and showed me what he needed to do also explained another service so I would not have tubing all over the place now my pool is unfortunately closed for the winter but I will be getting it open soon by this same company. I highly recommend if you are looking for service and honesty to use these guys.

I had no problem with Elite Pools, and will use again. I did get a call back, with a quote, which was very reasonable. I was called the night before with an arrival time, which was met, and had my above ground pool liner changed. They definitely knew what they were doing. They were professional, respectful of my property, and I am a happy customer.

Don't use this guy. He uses peoples personal images of pools that he didn't install, doesn't maintain and didn't even have the decency to call or e-mail me after I asked him for a quote. I had to ask the person who recommended him. Even though I asked him to remove the picture of my pool years ago, I find he is still using it to promote his business. FRAUD!
