Elite Nail Salon

I came here because my regular nail salon was closed for the week. The woman here was not only rude, but she was rough - bending my knees, pushing and pulling my feet into and out of the soapy water. Then, when she was cutting my cuticles, it was really painful. She told me that it's because my cuticle was very hard and I should have it done regularly. When she was done, she swabbed it with antiseptic. My toe was sore for a few days and when I looked closely I saw that she had cut the skin *below* the cuticle - that is, my toe itself. She should be fined/penalized for customer abuse.

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. I've been getting Acrylic nails for five years. I went to Elite Nails on Saturday at 2:15pm to get a new set. By 8pm two nails had already fallen off. Then on Sunday another nail fell off. And on Monday, three more fell off. So at that point my hand looked ridiculous so I proceeded to remove the remaining nails. The nails came off easier than stick on nails from the pharmacy. I've never been so disappointed with a nail salon in my life. $45 wasted. I'll be going back for a refund.

WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! BEWARE! FILTHY! I needed a pedi bad and since Teaneck is the only town that has businesses open on Sunday I thought I would give them a try. They work on your feet dry, didn't let me soak after I requested to let me soak my feet! Pedi lasted all of 10 minutes. The girl knicked me trying to cut at my cuticle (dry). Once done I went to dry at this rigged foot drier! Then as I sat to dry, I see another lady get ready to have her pedi done, needless to say the manicurist DIDNOT DIDNOT CLEAN THE TOOLS THAT SHE USED ON ME! SHE CUT ME AND PROCEEDED TO USE THOSE SAME TOOLS WITH OUT DISFENCTING THEM! I was so worried that it slipped my mind to even say anything to the lady getting ready to get a pedi that I ran outta of there, flew home and soaked my feet in alcohol, peroxide everything and anything I could think of!! They use paper towels to rest your feet on and dry your feet and legs! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Please BEWARE! I could go on but my main concern is the filth and unsanitary situation! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM!

Worst place ever my nails were hurting for like a month I absolutely regret wasting my money

I've been a loyal customer for over 18 months arrived at the salon 20 min prior to closing to ask for nail polish removal. The owner, who has done my nails before, was playing a game on his phone while the other staff were occupied. Upon requesting my service, a staffer says, "We close at 7. We can't help you." Thinking they didn't understand the request, which would take less than 10 min and give them an easy buck, I attempted to repeat myself. The response was the same, even cutting me off. As I let them know, my shadow will never darken their door. No customer should be treated poorly especially one that visits often and recommends.
