Horrible people, They Dont Care about this Building. Very Poor Floors, rats and Roaches. They never Clean the windows. The worst Decision living here.

So I looked up our management company tonight out of pure interest and wonder. I have lived in building 715 west 172 for 11 years and have no compliants at all!!! I love the management and I love the neighborhood. We have to deal with parties sometimes on the weekends but they are not loud and if your adventureious you can just join them. The drug dealer that lives below me is great and other than his pitbull barking at night he really is not a problem. When we had some druged out homeless guy living in our stairwell the management was able to get rid of him before the police did which was great. A week before I gave birth some drunk totaled our car and we have still not been able to nail him even though we have it caught on camera. The elevator breaks always when I am in need of some exercise. Dodging poop in the hood is a fun game my husband and I have been playing for years.Trash is something this neighborhood resepects. We love it here, even started a family,
