Our 8-unit building had the contract for monthly inspection of sprinkler system. They never show for inspection. Only after call, they will come by with absolutely no respect to your time frame. Last 3 month of service they supposed to provide - they never show, even after few calls, and conversation with assurance they will come - lie after lie after lie, and promise to take care of us. Contact person was Frank.

I would advise anyone to say away from this absolutely unreliable business.

Honest, I hardly ever deal with so careless people before.
